Who am I?
I'm Charlotte and I help businesses (primarily estate planners and will writers) meet their compliance obligations - simply, clearly, and confidently.
Over the years, I have worked alongside many dedicated firms wanting to do the right thing, but finding the increasing regulatory burden difficult to keep pace with. The result? Sleepless nights, outdated policies and processes, and the constant worry that something important may have been missed.
My Mission
I founded WillComply to bridge that gap - offering practical, clear and tailored compliance support that fits the reality of running a business in the estate planning industry. My goal is to give firms confidence, clarity and peace of mind that their AML and other responsibilities are fully under control.
About me
Before launching WillComply, I spent nine years as a director of a national estate planning business and software provider. Alongside this, I was appointed to the Government Industry Working Group on electronic signatures, looking at the wider adoption of secure and future-ready digital signing practices. I am also a trustee of Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire and a member of the Bar Council Money Laundering Working Group. My background has strengthened my expertise in governance and operational risk, shaping the clear and practical support I am able to provide to firms today.
