Who am I?
I'm Charlotte Ponder TEP and I help estate planning and will writing businesses meet their compliance obligations - simply, clearly, and confidently.
Before launching WillComply, I spent nine years as the Legal Director of a national estate planning business and software provider. Alongside this, I was appointed to the Government Industry Working Group on electronic signatures, looking at the wider adoption of secure and future-ready digital signing practices. I am also a trustee of Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire and a member of the Bar Council Money Laundering Working Group.
My Mission
I founded WillComply because I kept meeting brilliant estate planning firms doing right by their clients - while quietly worrying whether their own compliance was keeping pace. WillComply exists to close that gap: practical, sector specific support that gives you confidence your business is protected, so you can focus on the clients you're there for.
